An applicant can opt for one of the following options to get Application Form and Prospectus:
1. By Hand: Remit Rs.500 – (Rupees Five Hundred only) by cash at the Institute’s Admissions office between 9 a.m. – 6 p.m.
2. By Post/ Courier: Send a Demand Draft for Rs.600/- (Rupees Six Hundred only) drawn in favour of “Director, AFMI, Mysore”. Write the name & address of the applicant on the reverse side of Demand Draft. Once the payment will be received, the hard copy of Application form and Prospectus will be couriered to you.
3. Downloadable: Download the application form from AFMI website (www.afmiworld.org), fill it and send it along with a Demand Draft for Rs 600/- drawn in favour of “Director, AFMI, Mysore. Write the name & address of the applicant on the reverse side of Demand Draft. Once the filled application form along with DD will be received, the hard copy of Prospectus and registration ID will be couriered to you.
The Students who are supposed to appear for on line AFMI test will be sent a separate admit card through courier or E mail.
All the payments to AFMI should be made in the form of a demand draft favouring “Director, AFMI payable at Mysore”. Candidates should retain a copy of the completed application form for their reference. The Completed applications should reach to AFMI office on or before the date announced. Postal delay is not the responsibility of AFMI. Application forms without the requisite fees will not be accepted.
